Terms of Service
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
1. Agreement
By placing an order, requesting a quote or booking an installation with Epoxy Floor Solutions, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Quotations & pricing
All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on site inspection, surface preparation required and material selection.
3. Payment
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and other arrangements as agreed. A deposit may be required to confirm installation bookings. Receipts are issued for every payment in line with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) requirements.
4. Delivery & installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to stock and logistics. Installation schedules are confirmed in writing. The client is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible, ventilated and ready for work on the agreed date.
5. Warranty
Installed epoxy systems carry a workmanship warranty against peeling and delamination for the period stated in your contract, provided the floor is used as intended and maintained per our care guide. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
6. Returns & cancellations
Unopened, unused materials may be returned within 7 days in their original condition. Custom-tinted products and used materials are non-refundable. Installation bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012, the Sale of Goods Act (Cap 31) or any other applicable Kenyan law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and failing resolution, referred to the competent courts of Kenya.
