Fully licensed, insured and certified by the relevant Kenyan regulatory bodies — so every project is delivered legally, safely and to standard.
Business Registration
Registered under the Business Registration Service (BRS) of Kenya with a valid Certificate of Incorporation / Registration.
KRA Tax Compliance
Active KRA PIN with a current Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC). All invoices and receipts are KRA-compliant.
Single Business Permit
Licensed by the relevant County Government (Kajiado County) to operate as a contractor and supplier of construction finishes.
NCA Registration
Registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) for building works and specialist finishes, in line with the NCA Act, 2011.
NEMA Compliance
Operations follow the Environmental Management & Co-ordination Act (EMCA) and NEMA guidelines on safe handling and disposal of resin-based materials.
DOSHS & Workplace Safety
Site work follows Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health Services (DOSHS) standards under the OSHA, 2007 — PPE, ventilation and trained installers on every job.
KEBS-Standard Materials
We use epoxy resins and hardeners that meet Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) quality benchmarks and manufacturer specifications.
ODPC Data Protection
Registered as a Data Controller with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) under the Data Protection Act, 2019.
